Conditioning Class
DanceCenter combines a complete conditioning workout blending many different styles of movements derived from Ballet and Jazz, to all forms of Ballroom and Latin Dance. For increased conditioning, we use exercise bands to create a fitness routine that improves rhythm, strength, flexibility, and coordination.
Xtreme Ballroom Dance Workshops

Ballet
No experience necessary, everyone is welcome! This class is for ANYONE wanting a great workout. No tutus or tights necessary, just workout clothes with socks or ballet shoes will get you started. We'll focus mostly on the barre portion of the ballet class, with some simple basics in center and across the floor. You'll gain flexibility, endurance, muscle strengthening, muscle toning, memory retention, and an enjoyable new workout experience.
